Become a Jim's Bookkeeping Franchisor
As the Franchisor of a bookkeeping business, you must be customer focused and adept at small business operations. The bookkeeping franchise will be under your control but you must be prepared to stick to the Jim’s Bookkeeping franchise system and maintain its core business values. The Franchisees are your customers and will demand quality service from their Franchisor at all times.
As with all large bookkeeping businesses, uniformity of service is of paramount importance in order to achieve ongoing success and build a solid professional reputation. As a Jim’s Bookkeeping Franchisor, you will act as the facilitator between the customer and Jim’s Bookkeeping principles.
You don’t necessarily have to have bookkeeping experience but we ask that all potential bookkeeping Franchisors have significant experience in some or all of the following areas:

We expect Franchisors to have significant experience in some or all of the following;
Self employment
Sales and marketing
Accounting and Bookkeeping
Business Development Manager
Franchisors don’t have to be an expert in all of these areas, so if you fail to comply with one or even a few of these, don’t worry, you can still become a Bookkeeping Franchisor.
Jim’s Bookkeeping business is successful due to the strong belief we have in thorough training and the amount of confidence we place into our Franchisors. Considerable training will be provided to all new Bookkeepers.
Bookkeeping Franchisors are encouraged to work together and we have developed significant strategic alliances with industry partners. If you’re sick, injured or on holidays, there’ll be someone to look after your customers and your jobs will be ready for you when you return. It’s this mix of freedom and reliability which makes us successful.
Your responsibility:
As a Bookkeeping Franchisor you have responsibility over the selection and support process over a wide range of Franchisees, and must ensure standards are maintained – thus providing greater customer satisfaction.
In effect, you are heading a bookkeeping business for sale, and therefore will select and support your Franchisees as you sell your own Franchise.
This role is important in our divisional objective in terms of growth. A local Bookkeeping Franchisor will be expected to provide greater support to his/her Franchisee network as a mentor and a business leader.
Personal development:
Bookkeeping Franchisors can also run their own Franchise business and therefore provide themselves with a secondary income stream.
Should you feel that you have the capacity and or aptitude to provide support to our Franchisees, please complete the enquiry form on the contact us page.
