A qualified bookkeeper since 1991, Maureen has a strong background in business systems. She also draws on practical experience, having owned a wide range of businesses including hotels and a hair salon, waste management and a corner store. This puts Maureen in the right position to understand your business.
Maureen is also a registered Etax Local Accountant, (ELA) which enables her to do your Individual and Company tax returns as well.
Maureen believes business owners need to develop an entrepreneurial mindset; learning how to run their business without feeling they have to do everything themselves. This, along with the commitment to make positive change, is the key to growth. As Maureen's favourite saying goes, ‘If you keep doing what you have always done, you'll always get what you have always gotten." Maureen has lived in the Northern Gold Coast area for 20 years and is well acquainted with the businesses of the area. Now a Jim's franchisee, Maureen enjoys the freedom to spend more time with her two grandchildren.
