Your appearance to the client and the outside world must be neat, tidy and suites the occasion.
Your attention must be focused on solving the problem at hand.
Your ability to socialize at meetings, social groups and with clients must be appropriate.
There must be no discrimination against race, religion or sex.
To have the work and day completed to time demands the Jim's Bookkeeper must be organised. He/she must be able to also organize the client into routines and have their office running efficiently.
