Not just hot air at Oakleigh Festival

If you were wandering around Melbourne Eastern Suburbs few weekends ago, you have probably visited Oakleigh Festival and most likely passed, if not stopped, at Jim’s Bookkeeping Melbourne East stand.

Jim’s Bookkeeping Melbourne East franchisor Shirley Rawson and her bookkeepers were in full attendance, ready to provide useful information to visitors and blow up a balloon or two. Julian, Neil, Jane, Philip, Mike and Jim’s Bookkeeping Franchisee of the 2017, Jim Karamitos were all there over the course of two days. Taking part was especially exciting for the two newly started franchisees – Mani and Azad.

Shirley praised the good team spirit of her bookkeepers and declared the event a success. The festival provided an opportunity to raise the Jim’s Bookkeeping profile in the area and they have achieved that.

However, don’t ask any of them to blow up another balloon.   At least not until the Oakleigh festival 2018.

THE COMPETITION

Well, they are bookkeepers and they work with numbers so it’s no surprise they had a competition going on where you had to …. you’ve guessed it … count.

Visitors had to guess the number of lollies in the jar and the deserving winner was Mela Katsaros.

Congratulations Mela!

I hope you’ve enjoyed the lollies.

Till next year everyone!
